Seat Fee: $10 inc gst
Late Entry Fee: $10 inc gst (in addition to entry fee, must be entered online)
Late Scratching Fee: $100 (charged after 2.30pm on the last business day prior to the regatta)
Non Appearance Fee: $200
Entry Fees are payable once entries have closed

This seat fee is GST inclusive as the host is registered for GST.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINES

• Regattas are currently only permitted to have 500 participants present and at any one time and no spectators and spectator tents. Therefore, the RV Regatta - Geelong has been split into two distinct sessions the first running 9am-12:40pm and the second being 1:30pm-4:30pm. We ask that you are only present at the regatta during the session that you are competing in and please vacate the regatta before the next session commences, abiding by the Arrive, Compete, Leave principle avoiding spending any longer than necessary at the regatta.

• If a rowing program has travelled to the program as a collective squad and is unable to leave the regatta after they have completed rowing we ask if those rowers can please distance themselves from the boat landing and boat park whilst maintaining appropriate supervision from their coaches/parents/teachers.

• Spectator tents are unfortunately not currently permitted at Victorian Regattas until further notice.

• Competitor tents are permitted however you must abide by current COVID density limits

• Tents may not be pegged and can only be weighted. Please see below Rowing Victoria’s Recommendations for the provision of weights to secure tent/marquees during events.

• All schools and clubs are required to have a designated COVID safe representative. The roles and responsibilities are outlined in the COVID safe plan which can be found in the document below.

• Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions there will be no food or beverage vendors so please bring your own.

• There will be presentations however one representative from each school/club may collect medals from the regatta secretary office at the completion of the regatta.
